No One’s with the Calves
It’s summer, it’s hot and Christin is bored – until wind turbine engineer Klaus from Hamburg arrives in her tiny Mecklenburg village. Based on Alina Herbing’s novel, Sabrina Sarabi’s NO ONE’S WITH THE CALVES paints a vivid portrait of life in the provinces. She shows what it’s like to grow up in isolation – in an expansive rural idyll, yet stifled by the social constraints of village life.
